Daniel came to real estate from an IT background — a world where you don't ship on a hunch, you test, model and verify. So he built a different practice. Under the OTW Homes name — Opportunities, Timing, Wealth — Daniel works as a strategist first. Before anyone lists or signs, he maps the numbers: equity, CPF position, loan eligibility, ABSD exposure, timeline and exit. His specialisations run across HDB upgrading, EC MOP planning, condo exit strategy, new launch analysis and full asset-progression planning.

The philosophy is simple: a home is one of your biggest financial assets, so it deserves a plan — not just a transaction. The right property at the wrong time can still be the wrong move. Daniel's job is to make sure timing, numbers and exit are all working in your favour before you commit.
